NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council)-এর সাম্প্রতিক মূল্যায়নে A গ্রেড অর্জনের গৌরব অর্জন করেছে মালদা এবং উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর জেলার মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান কালিয়াচক কলেজ। এই সাফল্যের জন্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গের শিক্ষামন্ত্রী শ্রী ব্রাত্য বসু কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ ড. নাজিবার রাহমানকে শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন।
শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর বার্তায় কলেজের সার্বিক অগ্রগতি, একাডেমিক পরিবেশ ও অধ্যক্ষের নেতৃত্বের প্রশংসা করা হয়েছে। তিনি এই অর্জনকে গোটা রাজ্যের শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে একটি ইতিবাচক বার্তা বলে উল্লেখ করেন।

অধ্যক্ষ ড. নাজিবার রাহমান এই স্বীকৃতিকে কলেজ পরিবারের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টার ফল হিসেবে দেখছেন। তাঁর কথায়, “এই অর্জন আমাদের নতুন উদ্যমে আরও উন্নত শিক্ষার পরিবেশ গড়ে তুলতে অনুপ্রাণিত করবে।”
উল্লেখ্য, কালিয়াচক কলেজ দীর্ঘদিন ধরে মালদা জেলার উচ্চশিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে আসছে। NAAC-এর A গ্রেড কলেজটির গুণগত মানের আনুষ্ঠানিক স্বীকৃতি হিসেবেই বিবেচিত হচ্ছে।

Kalichak College, a prestigious and historic institution — and notably the only one of its kind across Malda, Uttar Dinajpur, and Dakshin Dinajpur districts — has been awarded an ‘A’ grade in the latest assessment by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). In recognition of this achievement, the Hon’ble Education Minister of West Bengal, Shri Bratya Basu, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the college’s Principal, Dr. Najibar Rahaman.

In his message, the Minister praised the college’s overall progress, its academic atmosphere, and the dynamic leadership of Dr. Rahaman. He described the accomplishment as a positive milestone for the entire education sector of the state.
Dr. Najibar Rahaman credited the success to the collective efforts of the entire college community. “This recognition will inspire us to build an even more enriched and progressive academic environment,” he remarked.
