কালিয়াচকঃ NH-12 Blocked in Kaliachak অন্নপূর্ণা প্রকল্পের টাকা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে অ্যাকাউন্টে না ঢোকার অভিযোগ তুলে জাতীয় সড়ক অবরোধ করে বিক্ষোভ দেখালেন শতাধিক মহিলা। শুক্রবার মালদহের কালিয়াচক এলাকায় বিডিও অফিসের সামনে জাতীয় সড়ক ১২ অবরোধ করে বিক্ষোভে সামিল হন তাঁরা। বিক্ষোভের জেরে কিছু সময়ের জন্য যান চলাচল ব্যাহত হয় এবং এলাকায় যানজটের সৃষ্টি হয়।
বিক্ষোভকারী মহিলাদের অভিযোগ, গত প্রায় তিন মাস ধরে অন্নপূর্ণা প্রকল্পের টাকা তাঁদের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা পড়ছে না। বারবার টাকা দেওয়ার আশ্বাস মিললেও এখনও বহু উপভোক্তা টাকা পাননি বলে তাঁদের দাবি। দীর্ঘদিন অপেক্ষার পরেও সমস্যার সমাধান না হওয়ায় বাধ্য হয়েই তাঁরা রাস্তায় নেমেছেন বলে জানান বিক্ষোভকারীরা।
এক বিক্ষোভকারী বলেন, তিন মাস ধরে তাঁরা টাকার অপেক্ষায় রয়েছেন। কখনও আজ, কখনও কাল টাকা ঢোকার কথা বলা হলেও বাস্তবে অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা আসেনি। যোগ্য উপভোক্তাদের প্রত্যেকের অ্যাকাউন্টে নিয়মিত টাকা দেওয়ার দাবি জানান তিনি।
আরও এক বিক্ষোভকারী অভিযোগ করেন, আগে লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডারের টাকা নিয়মিত পাওয়া গেলেও বর্তমানে কয়েক মাস ধরে তাঁরা টাকা পাচ্ছেন না। প্রকল্প চালু থাকলে যোগ্য সকল উপভোক্তাকে সমানভাবে সুবিধা দেওয়ার দাবি জানান তিনি।

বিক্ষোভকারীদের বক্তব্য, সরকারি প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কোনও উপভোক্তা যেন বঞ্চিত না হন। তাঁদের দাবি, প্রকল্পের আওতায় থাকা যোগ্য সকল মহিলাকে নিয়মিত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে। অন্যথায় প্রকল্পের ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে স্পষ্ট সিদ্ধান্ত জানাতে হবে প্রশাসনকে।
