ওয়েব ডেস্ক, ডিজিটাল বেঙ্গল, ১১ এপ্রিল: education-minister সুপ্রিম রায়ে বাতিল হয়েছে ২৬ হাজার চাকরি। আইন মেনে সকলকেই চাকরি ফিরিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। আজ এমনটাই আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন রাজ্যের শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ব্রাত্য বসু। শুধু তাই নয়, এর পাশাপাশি এসএসসিকে উদ্ধৃত করে তিনি এও জানিয়েছেন যে, চাকরিহারা শিক্ষক-শিক্ষাকর্মীদের দাবি অনুযায়ী ২০১৬-র প্যানেলের যোগ্য-অযোগ্য তালিকাও প্রকাশ করাও সম্ভব। শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বলেন, যোগ্য অযোগ্য তালিকা আছে। ওরা যদি যোগ্যদের তালিকা দেখতে চায়। গণমাধ্যমে ওদের আবেদন শুনেছি, সেটা নিয়ে আইনজীবীদের পরামর্শ নেব। আইনজীবীরা যদি বলেন, সেটা ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া যাবে, তা হলে সেটা আপলোড করে দেব।’

অপরদিকে শুক্রবার চাকরিহারা শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষাকর্মীদের প্রতিনিধির সঙ্গে বৈঠক রয়েছে ব্রাত্যর। সেই বৈঠকে যদি এই তালিকা প্রকাশের প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হয় তবে সেই প্রস্তাব গ্রাহ্য হবে বলেও জানিয়েছেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী। এই সমস্যার সমাধান আইনি পথেই বেরোবে বলে মত ব্রাত্যর। তাঁর দাবি, এসএসসি ৩ মাসের আগেই সমস্যা মিটিয়ে ফেলবে। এই প্রসঙ্গে তিনি বলেন, ‘সুপ্রিম কোর্ট যে বিকল্প পথ জানিয়েছে, সেটা তিন মাস বা তার আগেই করা সম্ভব বলে এসএসসি জানিয়েছে। নতুন এসএসসিকে নিয়ে আমি খুব আত্মবিশ্বাসী। নিশ্ছিদ্র, দুর্নীতিমুক্ত তো বটেই, স্বচ্ছ নিয়োগ আমরা করতে পারব। সেটা সুপ্রিম কোর্টের গাইডলাইন মেনেই।’

তবে এই সমগ্র প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন চাকরিহারারা কি বেতন পাবেন? এই প্রসঙ্গে ব্রাত্য বলেন, ‘শিক্ষকরা তাঁদের যোগ্যতা দিয়েই বেতন পান। আগামী ১ তারিখ বেতনের দিন রয়েছে। তার আগে আমরা ক্লারিফিকেশন চেয়ে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে আবেদন করে দিয়েছি।’ তিনি দাবি করেন, ইতিমধ্যেই মধ্যশিক্ষা পর্ষদ ‘ক্লারিফিকেশন’ চেয়ে শীর্ষ আদালতের দ্বারস্থ হয়েছে। এসএসসিও সেই একই পথে হাটবে।
